Where to eat : All meals are prepared at the lodge fresh each day by an on-site chef and pastry chef.

Official Site : Heli Hiking with Great Canadian Trails

Where to Stay : Guests stay at the Bobbie Burns Lodge. Although only accessed by helicopter, enjoy the luxury of wifi, a bar-lounge, whirlpool, swimming pond and en-suite double bedrooms.

Getting There : Click here for the transportation schedule and information to reach Bobbie Burns Lodge. Guests typically depart from either Banff or Lake Louise.

Note from Robin : Much like the Via Ferrata in Mont Tremblant no climbing experience is required. Safely harnessed to the line and iron rungs (designed to take 10 times the amount of weight you're putting on them), your biggest challenge will be keeping your nerves in check as you climb to the summit of Mount Nimbus.
